Bold textIn 1983 a spaceship fell in a (Spanish) South America town, with a infant inside, who was discovered and adopted by a policeman and his wife. The child is raised as Carlos Gonzalez and imbued with a strong moral compass. He started to display superhuman strength, at age 16 which upon reaching maturity and also developing an ability to fly, he resolved to use for the benefit of humanity. He is not the Superman referred to in the fiction of our time - his maximum flying speed of 52 km/h for longes times. He does not have Superhuman stamina, durability, senses, intelligence, regeneration, longevity, super breath, heat vision and x-ray vision.
The spaceship fell in northwest Uruguayan Departamento of Salto, and was found by Cesar Gonzalez a Euro-American Argentinian inmigrant and his wife Mara Menezes, an almost black Brasilian immigrant, who decided to adopt him. He graduated from Universidad de Montevideo in Master in Geography when he count 23.
In his first public (televised) apparition in a road accident he appeared dressing a white shirt and black trousers with black man´s shoes without any special symbol or brand, highted a car, and when somebody asked his name he would answer "soy un amigo" (English:"I am a friend), that video travel arround the world really fast, and "amigo" or the local translation become his name to the world population
